Liqui Maxx™ is built with a singular purpose in mind — it is a dedicated spray system for anti-icing and de-icing jobs. In contrast to fertilizer sprayers that are sometimes repurposed for brine spraying — only to succumb to harsh winter elements — every component of the Liqui Maxx is durably purpose-built to withstand cold weather and deliver highly effective brine application.
The modular tank, pump and boom arrangement of the Liqui Maxx allows you to select the right pieces to build an overall system that best suits your needs. Tank capacities ranging from 300 to 1,250 gallons fit truck sizes from class 2B to 6. The modular design also provides the ability to switch out individual components when upgrading equipment.
A durable centrifugal, dry-seal pump has a low-water shutoff that prevents it from running dry, ensuring long-lasting seal performance. Also, the cold-weather tested valve bank includes internal seals and covered valve indicators for further rugged reliability. Either hydraulic motor-driven or gas-powered pumps are available.
The Liqui Maxx is available with a deluxe control that can automatically adjust the flow rate with speed input as needed, making anti-icing and de-icing applications easier than ever. Driver-side, center-lane and passenger-side spray zones can be managed independently. Optional GPS speed sensor recommended for speed input to automatically adjust flow rate.
A durable poly boom comes with three nozzle sizes that allow you to adjust and fine tune application rates on the fly – without any tools! Just spin the nozzle as needed and keep on going. Dual boomless nozzles on both ends of the boom provide flexibility in application rates and allow to treat a wide area, up to 24′ with only a 96″ boom.
