This pusher moves massive amounts of snow and scrapes down to the pavement, so you can save time and money on salting. Its TRACE™ edge technically allows its independent 2-foot sections to follow the contours of the pavement to remove as much snow as possible with every pass. A simple, fixed-wing design means you can clear lots fast with limited moving parts to strand you in the early morning hours.

TRACE Edge Technology

TRACE Edge Technology

The terrain-response advanced cutting edge is comprised of independent, 2′ sections that raise, oscillate, and trip to accommodate contours and obstacles in the plowable surface. Working together, the sections remove more snow, reducing the amount of salt required. Two greasing locations allow the operator to keep the components well lubricated for maximum performance.

Common Attachment Plate

A common attachment plate with a floating coupler makes installation easy with a wide variety of equipment and machinery, including skid-steers, wheel loaders, backhoes, and tractors. The floating coupler reduces negative down pressure from the vehicle, protecting against premature wear of the pusher cutting edge and components.

The POWER PUSHER plow withstands the most grueling commercial snow removal conditions. Each 2′ section comes standard with a 3/4″ cutting edge with carbide insert that extends the life of a high-carbon blade up to 20 times. And each section uses the same part number for easy replacement. No need to replace the full cutting edge, only the sections that show wear.

The side plates ensure the TRACE edge remains in direct contact with the plowable surface. The reversible, bolt-on shoe makes serviceability easy, allowing you to use both edges of the shoe before replacing. The bolt-on design makes replacement in the field possible with a ¾” socket, ratchet, and wrench.

For safety and stability, a binder kit (or sometimes known as a chain kit) is highly recommended when plowing with the bucket still attached to the loader. The binder kit secures each side of the plow to the bucket, so it moves in sync. This can keep the plow from torqueing off when encountering an obstacle or pushing snow into a pile and backing up.

Made of AR400 steel (adopted from municipal applications), this reversible bolt-on shoe kit ensures the TRACE edge remains in direct contact with the plowable surface. Helping it glide over gravel and dirt at the correct height. The AR400 steel protects your plow, the road, and extends cutting edge and base angle wear when plowing rocky or abrasive surfaces.
