Before stepping into his current role as the Shipping and P&A Supervisor at SnowEx—a position he has held for just over seven years—Danny was out in the field as a snowplow operator himself. Having operated nearly every brand of plow on the market, his firsthand experience gives him a unique, critical eye for what makes snow removal equipment truly effective.

For Danny, the difference is in the details.When a friend mentioned that the company was hiring, Danny didn’t hesitate. Knowing exactly what kind of top-tier equipment they produced, he says he was absolutely “all in”.

Today, that same operator-first mentality drives his daily work. Because Danny uses the very products he helps ship out, he understands the stakes. While safety is the primary focus, the second biggest factor is quality and considering exactly how their work will affect the end customer out in the snow.
